We have tried to make your experience at Gift Gallery Studios easy and pleasurable. Just follow these simple steps when shopping:

1. Click on an artist's studio from the home page under OUR STUDIOS or click directly on a PHOTO
2. This will take you to the artist's product page, where you can view the artist's biography, galleries, featured products, and all products on display. You may also refine your search by choosing a specific category. There is also a contact link to reach the artist by email if you should have any questions.
3. If you find an item you like, simply click on it for more detailed information.
4. Should you like to purchase the item, simply click the BUY NOW button which will take you to the Paypal site. You may use Paypal or any major credit credit card.

We accept the following payments forms:

• Paypal
• VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express (processed through Paypal)

Currently we do not accept checks or money orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We will usually ship your purchase within 2 business days (except special order items).
Most items will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, but we can also ship UPS or Fedex.  It is our intention to get your item to you as quickly and safely as possible. All shipments will include insurance.  We do not try to earn extra income by charging excessive fees.  We will post our recommended shipping method and fees along with our product listing, however, you may request an alternate quote or method by emailing us prior to checkout.

Shipping fees will always be discounted when making multiple purchases from an artist.

Please Note: Each studio is independent, however, we all work closely so just email us directly before checkout if you are interested in purchasing from more than one Artist and to get combined shipping rates.

TERMS OR SALE

We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 7 day money back return policy.   If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply email us for a return authorization and then return the item.  Please pack your item securely and ship with insurance.  Once the item has been received, and inspected, we will gladly refund your purchase price. 
Note:  Shipping charges are not refundable.
